Ticketing & event policy
We are committed to making sure that our policy is simple and clear, particularly in these uncertain times. We will always help you to transfer your tickets in the event of postponement, or to refund their face value in the event of cancellation.
Tickets for all E1 shows are available here in addition to our Resident Advisor club page. There may be occasions when E1 events operated by external promoters choose to use a different ticketing provider. Please check the individual social media event for further details.
Lost Ticket: Please tell the door staff what your name is. The door team will check to see if your ticket matches.
Second-hand tickets: Second-hand tickets will not be valid meaning you will be unable to enter the event. Please only use RA’s resale service to buy and sell available tickets if an event sells out.

All E1 internal shows are ticketed by Resident Advisor. Please click here for Resident Advisor’s ticketing terms and conditions.
Resident Advisor Resale Service: Please visit their dedicated webpage here for full details on how to buy and resale tickets. Please note resale tickets only become available if an unwanted ticket is made available to resell.
Any event that is cancelled, your tickets will automatically be refunded via Resident Advisor or by the alternative ticket provider. Please note Resident Advisor does not refund booking fees due to transactional charges incurred.
Any event that is postponed, your tickets will automatically be valid for the rescheduled date. If you cannot make it, or no longer wish to attend, please request your refund from the point of purchase e.g. Resident Advisor or alternative ticket provider.
Future events / door sales
Events that are listed are still on sale. You can continue to buy tickets for these events if the events have not sold out.
If an event hasn’t sold out in advance tickets will be available to purchase at the door and we will update our socials with details.
Booking fees are generally non-refundable and will be determined by the ticket provider you have purchased from.
